How to Become a Jagex Moderator on RuneScape

OK, so we all know that Jagex mods have huge privelages over the rest of Runescape players. But a lot of people dont know how to be one! Well, i’m not impersonating jagex, but i figured out how. I dont need a bank pin, because you wouldnt need one to become a moderator. Every one wants to be a moderator, so why not try it with a lower level account? Well, I don’t want to attract level 3 combat with all lvl 1 stats. No jagex person is that low level.
